As an illustration, ordering 20 iPhone cases will have a different average shipping cost per case compared to an order of 200 cases. Please note that our expedited shipping service has a minimum charge, which applies to shipments weighing at least 2 kilograms.

In most countries, importing goods is a straightforward procedure, and no additional steps are required on your part. The courier or freight company handling your delivery will handle the customs clearance process for small to medium-sized orders. If your package is held by customs, you can expect timely communication from either the delivery or logistics company or ourselves. Our team is fully dedicated to assisting in resolving any customs clearance issues that may occur.

Extended Customs Clearance Delays: If your local customs office has indicated a waiting period of two months for your goods, we recommend seeking the assistance of a professional customs clearance agency that is well-versed in your country's specific policies. While you do this, we will provide any assistance within our means. If your package is detained by customs, you will be promptly informed by the delivery or logistics company and ourselves. Our team is committed to helping resolve any customs clearance issues that may arise.

  6. Documentation for Customs Clearance: We provide a commercial invoice with every shipment, which is essential for facilitating the customs clearance process. If you have specific invoice requirements or need additional documentation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
